    This Portal is comprised of various services provides and operated by RSJ Lexsys Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as RSJ Lexsys). The Portal is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without any reservation to or modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. By accessing the Portal and the materials and information contained therein, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be legally bound by the Terms of Use and Disclaimer of this Portal.

Further, pursuant to the specific request of the Company certain provisions and Acts have been deactivated from the system.. 2.3. It is further brought to knowledge that the system has been developed keeping in view the current scenario and legal Environment in which the Company is operating. However, the Applicability of the statutes may change from time to time, hence, the Company is required to periodically review the same to ensure the system is up to date at all time.

    7.1. Limited Liability Under no circumstances shall RSJ be liable to any User for: a. loss, injury, claim, liability or damages of any kind resulting from the use of or the inability to use the materials in the Portal, even if RSJ had been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort or otherwise; b. special, direct, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation, attorneya's fees) in any way due, resulting from or arising in connection with the use of or the inability to use the Portal or its content / materials; and c. claim attributable to errors, omission or inaccuracies in or destructive properties of any information.

    This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Republic of India and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Portal. Use of the Portal is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

  12. Severability

    If any of the provisions of this Agreement or part thereof is rendered void, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
